“Implementation of the Turkish Qualifications System and Framework Operation (TUYEP )”, of which Vocational Qualifications Authority is a beneficiary, is funded by the European Union and the Republic of Turkey within the scope of the European Union Pre-Accession Assistance Tool (IPA II) Employment, Education and Social Policies Sectoral Operational Program (IESP SOP).

The purpose of TUYEP Operation is strengthening the capacities of National Vocational Qualifications System, VQA and its stakeholders, implementing the Turkish Qualifications Framework (TQF), supporting the establishment of VOC-Test Centers and supporting individuals to get a VQA Vocational Qualification Certificate.

The total budget of Operation TUYEP is EUR 17.6 Million. The budgets of the operational components are; Technical Assistance Project 4.7 Million Euros; The VOC-Test Centers-III Grant Program is EUR 4.9 Million and the Direct Grant-II Program for Certification is EUR 8 Million.
